YOUR TASKS
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution on Wi-Fi support network design, optimization
- Ensure all activities are tracked via tickets
- Ensure all ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets are properly managed, prioritized, and resolved in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain full transparency by accurately documenting all activities in ServiceNow and other relevant systems
- Actively participate in incident, problem, and change management processes, including root cause analysis
