System Administrator
Job Description Position: System Administrator Length: 6-month contract to hire Location: Orlando, FL 32826(dynamic innovation district in East Orlando)
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related collaboration tools.
- Manage user accounts, licensing, access controls, security groups, and permissions.
- Plan, test, and execute Microsoft 365 upgrades, enhancements, and platform updates while minimizing disruption to the University community.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft 365 and related systems.
- Support Google Workspace administration, including user account management, security, and collaboration services.
- Monitor system health, performance, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement solutions that improve productivity and user experience.
- Assess the downstream impact of system changes and communicate potential risks, benefits, and service interruptions to affected users.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, security, and end-user satisfaction.
