About the Role Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Syrup Blender to manufacture syrup used in bottling from concentrate. This role supports our production line by preparing and blending syrup, following recipes and company guidelines. What You'll Do
- Manufacture syrup from concentrate and high fructose corn syrup.
- Blend syrup and build recipes to specifications.
- Calculate number of concentrate flavor units by converting production case figures to finished gallons.
- Receive concentrate and HFCS; maintain inventory.
- Conduct associated lab duties and perform housekeeping tasks.
- Follow all company rules and regulations; other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One (1) year production or technical experience preferred; GMP background preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills; good written and oral communication; good organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking and good hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to follow established procedures without deviation; able to work in a fast-paced and team environment.
- Must be able to complete forklift certification and work hours needed to complete tasks. Compensation & Benefits
