Syndikusanwalt/Legal Counsel für die Region Central Europe (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie vertreten und handeln für den Konzern in allen rechtlichen Angelegenheiten, auch bei Gericht und der öffentlichen Verwaltung.
- Sie beraten und unterstützen den Geschäftsbetrieb der Hotels und des Konzernstandorts Deutschland, einschließlich der Pflege der Rechtsbeziehungen zu Investoren bzw. Hoteleigentümern.
- Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für die rechtlichen Fragestellungen aller Geschäftsbereiche des Konzernstandorts sowie der Hotels (bspw. Miet-/Pachtrecht).
