Sybase and Mainframe Developer

Tek Leaders Inc. is seeking a Sybase and Mainframe Developer to design, develop, and maintain Sybase databases and mainframe applications. If you have a strong background in these technologies, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Sybase databases ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and CICS.
- Integrate data from various sources to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Optimize database and mainframe application performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sybase databases and mainframe applications.
Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Sybase database and mainframe application development.

Proficiency in Sybase ASE/IQ, COBOL, JCL, CICS, and SQL.

Knowledge of programming languages like Java and Python is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server), Agile methodologies, and performance tuning techniques.
