Position Summary

Responsible for communication and routing of calls, overhead pages, monitoring the building system infrastructure alarm panels, notifying on call call teams, manages associated records/data collection, and processes STAT calls through the switchboard.

Role Specific Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and relay calls.
Processes all notification of STAT code requests
Monitors alarm systems including, but not limited to; 911 calls, emergency management radio system, fire alarm panels, emergency generator and medical gasses panels, paging system, panic alarms, and infant security alarms.
Process all requests for first responder notifications
Completes and maintains daily call logs.
Operator II-Assist with training of new staff as requested.
