Swiss Turning Machinist – 2nd Shift

Do you have at least one year of experience with Swiss-style CNC machining and want Fridays off? Then this full-time, direct-hire 2nd shift Swiss Turning Machinist opportunity is for you! You’ll join the collaborative team at our client’s Hudson, NH facility.

Responsibilities of the Swiss Turning Machinist – 2nd Shift

• Operate several CNC machines to make quality parts
• Load bars of material and monitor machine operation
• Take measurements
• Troubleshoot challenges
• Work as part of a team
• Follow all safety policies
• Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications of the Swiss Turning Machinist – 2nd Shift

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Swiss-style CNC machining
• Experience with Citizen machines preferred but not required
• Familiarity with blueprints
• Knowledge of metals and materials such as steel, stainless steel, and copper, and their machine-ability
• Ability to use measuring equipment (micrometers, dial or digital calipers, optical comparators)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Hours are Monday through Thursday from 3:15pm-1:45am.
