Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured, age-appropriate swimming lessons.
- Develop beginners into confident, independent swimmers.
- Train and prepare squad swimmers for inter-school and county galas.
- Track progress through level tests and timed trials; report termly to parents.
- Maintain pool rules, equipment, and attendance records.
- Ensure water safety and child safeguarding at all times.
Requirements

Qualification: Recognised swimming coaching qualification (Kenya Swimming Federation / World Aquatics / ASA or equivalent).

Certifications: Valid Lifesaving & First Aid certification + Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the DCI.

Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience coaching swimming, preferably with children.
