About the Role Provide competitive swimmers with high level swim instruction to master technique in a motivating atmosphere that furthers the participant’s skill and confidence. Assist Head Swim Coach in the daily Swim Team operations and at meets, ensuring genuine hospitality and a positive member experience for all Club Fit Swim Team participants. What You'll Do
- Supervising daily practices and meets under the direction of Head Coach; instruct swim technique; maintain safety and conduct.
- Provide high quality instruction to competitive swimmers, helping them master technique and build confidence.
- Assist with daily team operations and at meets, contributing to a positive member experience for Club Fit Swim Team participants.
- Ensure safety around all practice and meet environments; CPR/AED required. What We're Looking For
- Experience or willingness to supervise practices and meets; ability to instruct swim technique.
- Commitment to safety and sound conduct; CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain.
- Working toward USA or ASCA coaching certification; punctual and professional. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18-$20/hour. Onsite, Part Time role.
