About the Role SafeSplash Swim Schools is hiring enthusiastic Swim Instructors to provide high-quality swim instruction using our proven curriculum. You will help create a fun, positive, and safe learning environment for students of all ages, reporting to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. What You'll Do
- Instruction & Student Development: Teach swimming skills in accordance with the SafeSplash Swim School curriculum, provide continuous, positive feedback to students and parents on progress, track daily skill progression, and conduct monthly "Splash n' Tell" sessions.
- Safety & Class Management: Ensure swimmer safety at all times by following curriculum safety requirements, maintain constant supervision, enforce safety guidelines, and report any safety concerns to management.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain proper use and organization of equipment, communicate class updates and student progress to management, and adhere to SafeSplash uniform standards. What We're Looking For
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification for Adult, Child, and Infant or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Completion of SafeSplash curriculum training within the first 30 days.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in and around water for extended periods.
- Comfortable working with children for extended periods.
- Prior swim experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits
