Sweeper in Training

Sweeper in Training - Chattanooga, TN This is a full-time, hourly position. This job works in the flour mill under the direct supervision of the miller. This position is intended to be a back-up position for the Mill Operator. When filling in for vacations this position will perform the duties of an Mill Operator. The remaining time will require this position to perform sanitation duties. This is a rotating shift position. The Mill Sweeper-In-Training is expected to learn the functions of all pieces of equipment in the mill. When performing the duties of the Mill Operator this position is in charge of the equipment in the mill cleaning house. A Mill Sweeper-In-Training is expected to have basic computer, record keeping and written communication skills. Qualifications for this job include, but are not limited to:
