Job title: SW Project Manager
About the Role The Automotive practice inside DXC Luxoft delivers SW projects to a majority of the world's car manufacturers and suppliers for both personal and commercial vehicles. We are growing for our Swedish customers and are looking for a project manager to join our team in Gothenburg, helping develop next-gen automotive software for the age of connected, autonomous, electric vehicles.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the project lifecycle for one of our automotive clients.
- Define project planning: scope, milestones, resources; monitor milestones, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-quality, on-cost delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: software, hardware, systems, test, and safety teams.
- Manage requirements, changes and risks; interface to external suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards (AUTOSAR, ASPICE, ISO 26262, Cybersecurity).
- Proactiveness and can-do attitude.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years in managing automotive software development projects with exposure to hardware in the loop.
- Solid knowledge in project management, Agile and/or V-model.
- Project experience in at least one of the following areas: Embedded software development, AWS Cloud development, OTA development, Connected Experience, ADAS, Infotainment, AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive, Automotive Cybersecurity.
- Risk management and mitigation.
- Good communication and proactiveness.
- Nice to have AUTOSAR, SPICE, ISO 26262, Cybersecurity.
- Hands on experience in CI/CD, DevOps, and testing.
- C++, embedded C, Python experience.
- English: C1 Advanced.
