Descripcif3n del empleo

bfCf3mo sere1 tu deda a deda?

• Recibir y atender a los clientes ofreciendo un servicio cercano, profesional y personalizado.
• Preparar y organizar las reas de sala y restaurante.
• Tomar comandas y servir alimentos y bebidas garantizando una excelente experiencia.
• Asesorar a los hue9spedes sobre la oferta gastronf3mica y recomendaciones del establecimiento.
• Mantener el orden, limpieza y buena presentacif3n del espacio.
• Coordinarte con el resto del equipo para asegurar un servicio fluido y de calidad.
• Representar el espedritu creativo, moderno y acogedor de ibis.

Que9 buscamos?

• Experiencia previa en restauracif3n, hostelereda o atencif3n al cliente.
• Persona dine1mica, organizada y resolutiva.
• Excelente actitud, habilidades sociales y orientacif3n al cliente.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y en entornos dine1micos.
• Interedn por ofrecer experiencias diferentes y cuidadas al detalle.

Requisitos

Su experiencia y habilidades incluyen:

Idiomas : Ingle9s y/o France9s.

• Se valorare1 experiencia previa en restaurantes, hoteles o establecimientos de hostelereda.
• Experiencia en atencif3n al cliente y servicio en sala.
• Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dine1micos y con alto ritmo de servicio.
• Valorable experiencia en hoteles internacionales
• Conocimiento be1sico de protocolos de restauracif3n y servicio de alimentos y bebidas.
