About the Role The Sustainment Master Scheduler will oversee the development and maintenance of the master schedule for sustainment programs based in Colorado Springs, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with program milestones. This role partners with logistics, procurement, and engineering teams to optimize resources and keep programs on track. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain the master schedule for sustainment programs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate milestones and dependencies.
- Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Produce regular status reports for program leadership and stakeholders.
- Support schedule baselining and change control processes. What We're Looking For
- Experience in program scheduling for complex defense or aerospace programs (sustainment strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with attention to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple teams.
