About the Role Live Nation's Allianz Amphitheater is seeking part-time Sustainability Team Members to support and execute the venue’s environmental initiatives. This role helps drive waste diversion, resource conservation, and fan education throughout the season. What You'll Do
- Implement waste diversion programs including recycling and waste sorting to reduce the venue's environmental footprint during events.
- Support resource conservation efforts and track key sustainability metrics on-site and across shows.
- Educate fans, staff, and vendors about sustainability practices and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with on-site sustainability operations, ensuring compliance with venue initiatives show after show.
- Collaborate with the venue operations and sustainability team to drive continuous improvements. What We're Looking For
- Hands-on, mission-driven mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves and do physical work.
- Belief that sustainability is practical, on-the-ground work rather than purely theoretical.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment with strong teamwork, reliability, and communication.
