Job title: Sustainability Supervisor - Leader Bank Pavilion
About the Role Leader Bank Pavilion is seeking a Sustainability Supervisor for our Zero Waste team to help us advance toward a “zero waste venue” by sorting trash during and after shows and events into their proper categories for waste removal. This role will be partnered with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager and be part of the venue operations team. It is a seasonal, part-time position for show days, with hours varying (approximately 6pm-1:30am).
What You'll Do
- Help supervise the Zero Waste team during shows and events to sort trash into proper categories for waste removal.
- Work in partnership with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager and be part of the venue operations team.
- Support on-site sustainability efforts during shows and after-events, including post-show sorting as needed.
- This is a seasonal, part-time role with show-day hours (approximately 6pm-1:30am, times may vary).
