Job title: Sustainability Manager
About the Role MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre is seeking a Venue Sustainability Manager to elevate our sustainability program to new heights in 2026. This role will provide both administrative and operational support to successfully advance sustainability initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and manage venue sustainability initiatives in collaboration with operations and events teams.
- Provide administrative and operational support to drive program success and ensure timely execution.
- Collect, analyze, and present data to leadership to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with venue staff, artists, vendors, and partners to integrate sustainability into events and daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Passionate and motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience in events management and/or operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resourceful, and able to adapt on the fly.
- Creative and confident in spearheading new programs; organized with solid time and budget management.
- Excellent communicator who can provide direction while also rolling up sleeves and helping as needed.
- Comfortable analyzing and presenting data to leadership and peers and driving informed changes even when perspectives vary.
Nice to Have
- Interest or experience in environmental sustainability initiatives within live events or venues.
