Job Description We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to luxury hospitality, food safety, quality assurance, and sustainability excellence. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, a valid HACCP certification, and at least 2 years of experience in hygiene, food safety, quality assurance, or sustainability within an international luxury hotel environment, with additional certifications such as ISO 22000, ISO 14001, or Green Globe considered a strong advantage.
