Sustainability Digital Data Architect (d/f/m)
What you ll do
- Design and drive data architecture within the sustainability domain, defining scalable data products, flows, integrations, and standards across the end-to-end data chain
- Lead IT data projects that support and enable Henkel’s sustainability strategy and goals
- Ensure effective access, integration and management of data within Henkel Data Platform and its AI foundation
- Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, supporting high-impact sustainability use cases and translating them into data capabilities and data products
- Define evaluation criteria for data products and use cases standardization, harmonization, integration and innovation in your area of responsibility in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain Data Interaction Maps with the business to track data flows and dependencies across the end-to-end data chain of different business areas
- Build hands-on data products
What makes you a good fit
- Master Degree in Computer Science, IT or Data Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in data architecture, data engineering and integration or related roles
- Experience working with data management tools and systems, such as data warehouses, master data management systems, and data quality tools
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions, working effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a passion for driving data literacy and enabling informed decision-making across the organization
- Business Proficiency in English, German is a plus
