What You'll Do
- Measure employee home working and commuting carbon emissions to improve reporting and identify reduction opportunities.
- Share and promote energy reduction tips and home-efficiency improvements for HubSpot employees.
- Promote sustainable travel and commuting choices and support sustainable event practices.
- Contribute to sustainable IT practices, including responsible lifecycle management for HubSpot-provided laptops and data security.
- Engage in carbon accounting and governance activities, such as ISO 14001 accreditation and the Carbon Calculator to provide accurate emissions data.
- Collaborate on programs like the WAAE initiative and Wave of Impact to support entrepreneurs and community impact.
