About the Role Join Epic's culinary team as a Sushi Expert. You will craft and roll sushi for Epic staff, customers, and guests, help develop the sushi menu in our Chopsticks venue, and mentor teammates in the art and technique of sushi preparation. You’ll also contribute to expanding sushi offerings across multiple culinary venues on campus, while showcasing Southeast Asian and other international cuisines. What You'll Do
- Craft and execute the sushi menu using fresh, quality ingredients, including daily sushi preparation.
- Roll and serve sushi for Epic staff, customers, and guests at Chopsticks and other campus venues.
- Mentor teammates in sushi techniques, training and sharing knowledge.
- Collaborate on menu creation and expansion of sushi offerings across campus culinary venues.
