About The Role
Knight Frank is looking for a Surveyor to join our Industrial & Logistics Agency (Leasing) team, based at our Global HQ in 55 Baker Street, London.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career within Industrial & Logistics. You’ll join a highly regarded, busy and sociable team, gaining hands-on exposure to clients, occupiers, instructions and transactions across London and the South East.
We’re ideally looking for someone with some agency experience, although previous Industrial & Logistics experience isn’t essential. More important is someone who is commercially minded, comfortable getting stuck in and genuinely wants to develop their career within the sector.
The role
You’ll be involved across the full agency process, including:
- Inspecting new projects and opportunities ahead of client reporting and pitches
- Supporting and maintaining property data, schedules and market information
- Helping to coordinate and run marketing campaigns
- Speaking directly with occupiers and understanding their requirements
- Undertaking property viewings across London and the South East
- Building relationships with clients and attending client meetings
- Supporting and negotiating lettings and sales
- Working alongside colleagues across Knight Frank’s wider UK commercial network
Who we're looking for
- Ideally RICS qualified, although this isn’t essential
- Some previous property or agency experience would be beneficial
- Industrial & Logistics experience is advantageous, but we’re very open to someone looking to move into the sector
- Confident, personable and comfortable working in a client-facing environment
- Commercially minded with the drive to build relationships and progress their career
- Someone who enjoys being part of a busy, collaborative and social team
- Happy to get stuck in and take on responsibility as their experience develops
- A full driving licence and access to a car is essential due to the number of external meetings and viewings involved
