Job title: Survey CAD Technician
We are partnering with our client to find a Survey CAD Technician in Nashville, Tennessee, who will convert field survey data into accurate technical drawings and maps, supporting engineering and construction projects.
Required:
- Associates Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying - CST Level I or II (Office) certification preferred.
- 3+ years of Surveying experience in preparing survey-related deliverables and project management in Construction, Boundaries, and Topographic Surveys.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, with Autodesk Civil 3D (v. 2020-2024) and Carlson Software.
- Proficient in use of Microstation and OpenRoads is a plus.
- Must have boundary and right of way resolution experience.
- Knowledge of surveying practices and procedures (Field & Office).
- Ability to read and interpret plats deeds, easements and plans.
- Must be able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
