Our successful Surveillance Managers …
- manage and oversee the smooth and effective operation of the Surveillance department, strictly in accordance with company policies and procedures and Gambling Board regulations
- ensure that the Surveillance department identifies rule breaking in tables games, slots gaming machines, cash desk and count rooms, and take prompt corrective action
- ensure through preventative maintenance that Surveillance system downtime is kept to an absolute minimum
- keep accurate and up-to-date Surveillance records and reports
- manage Surveillance department expenditure in line with budget
- identify criminal trends and take the necessary corrective action
- build a competent and motivated Surveillance team through confident and caring leadership.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), at least seven years casino experience in similar role and PSIRA Grade B. A relevant degree or diploma will be an advantage.
