Job title: Surgical visualization segment specialist(首都圏)

About the Role This role focuses on advancing the clinical value and market expansion of visualization technology in surgical procedures (ultrasound imaging). You will support product deployment in clinical settings and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth in the Surgical Visualization portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain positive internal and external relationships with a high motivation to achieve goals.
  • Regularly visit KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and AOLs (Area Opinion Leaders) to foster strong relationships.
  • Understand the market in your assigned area, develop regional strategies, and contribute to team targets.
  • Actively participate in training to deepen product knowledge as a product specialist, and train sales teams, distributors, and end users.
  • Conduct regular meetings with distributors and create forecasts to achieve targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in medical device sales (experience with surgical procedure-related devices or ultrasound imaging devices preferred).
  • Willingness to leverage current experience and learn new things.
  • Strong problem-solving and the ability to adapt flexibly to various situations.
  • Fluent in Japanese; English proficiency not required, but a willingness to learn if needed for work.
  • Able to travel for business.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with surgical devices or ultrasound imaging devices is a plus.
