About the Role Surgical Technologist at Endeavor Health across multiple campuses to support intraoperative procedures and ensure sterile technique and instrument handling. What You'll Do
- Perform scrub person duties during the intraoperative phase of surgical procedures
- Assist in the preparation and dispensing of instruments, equipment and supplies required for surgical procedures
- Conduct all instrument, needle, sharps and sponge counts, as well as handle specimens; assist in the application of dressings or casts and moving patients
- Assist in decontamination/reprocessing area when assigned; maintain inventory in Operating Room and on carts What We're Looking For
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Graduate of an approved Surgical Technologist school or minimum 3 years’ experience as a Surgical Technologist
- Certification: Current CPR certification required. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) highly preferred Nice to Have
- CST certification preferred Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range $24.86 - $37.29; The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors
