Our integratedliving family is growing (and we love it!), with more clients joining our community and exciting new opportunities becoming available. We’re looking for passionate and caring Support Workers to join our team across Toowoomba region.
At integratedliving Australia, we provide high-quality community and in-home health services across rural, regional, and remote communities. Our mission is simple — supporting people to live healthy, independent, and active lives in their own homes and communities.
If you’re someone who is located within postcode 4350 and willing to travel outside of Toowoomba, locations like Highfields, Clifton, Southbrook, Gatton and Pittsworth & enjoys making a difference, building meaningful relationships and no two days being quite the same, we’d love to hear from you!
What a day can look like
- Start your morning supporting a client with personal care, medication assistance, and daily routines
- Assist clients with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and keeping their home comfortable
- Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community activities to help them maintain their independence
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while providing personalised care
- Adapt your day to each client’s unique needs — no two days are ever the same
What you’ll bring
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in people’s lives
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care or similar industry experience
- Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- First Aid/CPR and WWCC/blue Card
- Current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
- Confidence using a smartphone or tablet

Permanent part-time roles: $34.42 - $36.23 per hour + 12% super
$1.05/km travel allowance + work mobile provided
- Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle (between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday)
