About the Role
Join e.l.f. Beauty as a Supply Planning & Vendor Management role responsible for securing supply plans, improving vendor capability, and supporting new product development across multiple brands including e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, Well People, Naturium, and rhode skin. This role partners with NPI, cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure on-time launches and replenishment, while driving continuous improvement in the end-to-end supply chain.
What You'll Do

Manage supply plans to identify changes and determine impacts on US requirements schedules and adjustments.

Own vendor capability improvement and operations execution management to enhance supply flexibility.

Collaborate with NPI team to select proper suppliers by evaluating capacity & potential supply risks; develop prevention plan and ensure launches and replenishment transfers.

Continuously optimize upstream/downstream supply chain processes to improve agility from order release to goods delivery.

Lead data-driven improvements to supply performance and synergy with cross-functional teams & suppliers.

Master Data Management & System Development: maintain master data accuracy, implement data quality rules, review obsolete/duplicate data with stakeholders, set up master data in related systems, support planning scheduling system developments.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor Degree or above in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.

Minimum 10 years of supply planning experience, experience with contract manufacturing model.

10 years of ERP system experience.

Preferably cosmetics or FMCG industry experience.

Fluent English (reading/writing) with strong business insights.

Project management skills, logical thinking, analytical and negotiation abilities.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Lean manufacturing knowledge; ability to work under pressure.

Base salary: not specified in posting; total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus (up to 200% of target) and equity.
