What you’ll achieve:

As a Supply Planning Intern, you will support the Supply Chain Planning team in ensuring the right supply is available at the right time to meet business demand. You will help with supply monitoring, constraint/shortage analysis, inventory health tracking, and reporting that supports weekly planning rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Being part of a dynamic team, working closely with sales and how to set and manage customer expectations
• Collaboration skills and working with multiple teams
• Communicating in effective manner, developing story telling skills - both written and verbal
• Problem Solving Skills, critical analysis of data driven insights and decision-making skills

During your internship, you will be fully trained and working on:

• Importance of customer, and how Dells global supply chain works to ensure that the needs of the customer are met, using strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills.
• Range of digital enablement planning and supply chain tools
• Process understanding and development customer large order pipeline coordination and supply chain supportability.
• Ownership of one of the planning team’s KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and importance of KPI to managing business.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (e.g., Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, or related fields); expected graduation before July 2028.

• Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with ambiguity and make sound judgments with limited supervision.

• Familiarity in Excel, data visualization and handling.

• Strong communication skills; comfortable collaborating across functions and geographies.

• Good organization and prioritization skills; ability to follow processes, policies, and practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
