About this role
What You Will Do
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Product Portfolio Management, Key Accounts, Customer Service, R&D and other relevant teams, to consolidate product demand.
- Calculate, consolidate and analyze total material requirements based on product demand and Bills of Materials, including standard and customer-specific BOMs.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, R&D, Procurement, MPD and other teams to provide planning data and follow up on material and supplier management actions.
- Monitor demand and material supply status, identify potential shortages or risks, and support timely resolution.
- Serve as backup support for the Demand Planning function when required.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis to support planning and business decisions.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the company or department.
What We Look For
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply planning, material planning, business analysis, cost analysis or statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills essential.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or supply-chain planning systems.
- Knowledge of Power BI, data visualization or system development.
- Experience in BOM analysis, material planning or S&OP processes.
