Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Supply Planning Coordinator in their Service Operations group for a 3-month+ contract opportunity. Execute SAP inventory, planning, and order-management processes that support depot operations, service inventory availability, and cross-functional supply chain activities.

7:30am to 4 pm, Monday-Friday. May require occasional flexibility (Ot & Weekends) to support month-end activities, inventory events, and operational priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manage STOs, stock transfers, and inventory transactions in SAP.

• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and material adjustments.

• Monitor service parts, FRU, and safety stock levels.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory movements across plants and depots.

• Manage backorders and support material availability.

• Partner with Supply Planning, Warehouse, Service Operations, and GQO teams to resolve inventory and material issues.

• Analyze inventory trends and identify process improvement opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with SAP transaction and inventory control procedures.

• Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years of experience in supply planning, inventory analysis, service operations, or related supply chain roles.

• Strong understanding of service supply triggers (consumption, repair loops, refurb flows).

• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, or similar).

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling).

• High analytical ability, attention to detail, and sound problem‑solving skills
