About the Role Join Kavak to drive a metric-driven commercial strategy and ensure KPI compliance across commercial, purchasing, shipping, and customer operations. You will engage with customers to foster growth and convert inspections into purchases, and you will document and execute operational processes for customers looking to sell their car.
What You'll Do
- Create a commercial strategy based on metrics.
- Ensure compliance with commercial, purchasing, shipping and customer KPIs.
- Provide constant and effective attention to each customer to generate growth.
- Follow up with customers who make inspections to convert them into purchases.
- Follow processes, document and perform operational processes for those who want to sell their car.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to design and implement metric-driven commercial strategies and track KPIs.
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience documenting processes and following standard operating procedures.
- Familiarity with automotive sales processes and selling vehicles.
- Proactive, data-driven, results-oriented mindset with teamwork.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: MXN 12,653.68 per month (plus MXN 1,056 in tarjeta de vales).
