Job title: Supply Network Planner
Jouw taken: Je staat in voor de tactische, operationele en dagelijkse planning van het Aalter-portfolio. Hierbij ligt je focus op routinestilstanden, servicegraad, afvalreductie, voorraadbeheer en een optimale lijnbezetting. Je bewaakt continu de balans tussen klantbehoeften en operationele haalbaarheid en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je leidt samen met je collega’s de operationele en tactische Demand & Supply meetings en zorgt voor duidelijke besluitvorming en opvolging. Je stemt af met stakeholders zoals Personeelsplanning, Unit Managers, Demand Planning en Commercialisation om de planning optimaal te laten aansluiten op de noden van de organisatie. Je neemt initiatief in verbeterprojecten gericht op het verlagen van stock, het verhogen van leveringsbetrouwbaarheid en het optimaliseren van productieprestaties.
