Supply Chain Systems Lead

We are seeking a Supply Chain Systems Lead to define and implement supply chain and logistics processes for Molex’s Optical Connectivity Group (OCG).

This role will lead the design, implementation, and rollout of ERP and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) capabilities, ensuring alignment between supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, operations, finance, and IT. The position combines technical program leadership, business process design, data and integration coordination, and enterprise system implementation expertise.

The ideal candidate understands end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing environments, has experience implementing enterprise ERP or MES platforms, and can successfully lead cross-functional transitions across global teams and sites.

What You Will Do

• Develop Supply Chain and Logistics Processes
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of end-to-end processes for demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, order fulfillment, and manufacturing logistics.
• Map and document current processes, identify pain points and control gaps, and define standardized future-state workflows supported by ERP and MES.
• Ensure solutions support planning accuracy, material availability, inventory integrity, production execution, traceability, and on-time customer delivery.

ERP and MES Implementation

• Lead business workstreams for the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization of ERP and MES capabilities across OCG.
• Translate business requirements into process designs, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and deployment plans.
• Coordinate conference-room pilots, integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover readiness, go-live support, and post-implementation issue resolution.
• Partner with solution architects and technical teams to manage dependencies, decisions, risks, and delivery milestones.

Systems, Data, and Platform Integration

• Own and coordinate business integration across ERP, MES, planning, procurement, warehouse, transportation, product data, and reporting platforms.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and IT to ensure reliable master data, transaction flow, controls, and operational reporting.
• Support governance for materials, suppliers, sourcing, bills of material, routings, production versions, inventory locations, and logistics master data.
• Promote practical end-to-end visibility across orders, shipments, inventory, purchasing, goods receipts, and production execution.

Process Governance and Operational Excellence

• Define and govern scalable supply chain process standards, decision rights, controls, key performance indicators, and ownership models.
• Align process design with financial controls, trade compliance, quality requirements, manufacturing needs, and customer commitments.
• Identify opportunities to simplify work, eliminate manual handoffs, improve data quality, and increase automation.
• Establish mechanisms to monitor adoption, process performance, and benefits realization after deployment.

Standardization and Global Deployment

• Lead the standardization of supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing execution processes across regions, functions, and manufacturing sites while managing justified local requirements.
• Develop and execute implementation roadmaps, readiness assessments, deployment waves, resource plans, and transition plans.
• Coordinate local process owners, subject-matter experts, super users, and site leadership to prepare each location for deployment.

Change Management and Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as the operational bridge among Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and IT.
• Identify affected stakeholders, communicate process and system changes, and build alignment around future-state ways of working.
• Develop role-based training materials, coordinate training delivery, and equip super users and leaders to sustain adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve cross-functional issues, and escalate decisions that affect scope, schedule, controls, or business outcomes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience leading enterprise ERP, MES, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing system implementations.
• Strong program or project management experience, including planning, risk management, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Experience in one or more supply chain domains such as planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, logistics, order fulfillment, or manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to map business processes and translate them into system workflows and requirements.
• Experience working with master data, system integrations, business controls, and operational reporting.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams, functions, and manufacturing sites.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with SAP or another tier-one ERP platform, including supply chain, logistics, production planning, materials management, or warehouse capabilities.
• Experience with MES platforms and integration between shop-floor execution and ERP.
• Experience with warehouse management, transportation management, advanced planning, supplier collaboration, or supply chain visibility solutions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing traceability, inventory controls, production execution, and material movement processes.
• Experience supporting global template design and multi-site deployments.
• Background in discrete manufacturing, electronics, optical connectivity, or another complex global manufacturing environment.
• Experience defining process metrics and realizing measurable operational benefits.
• Adaptability, agility, creativity, and skill in dealing with ambiguity.

For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000 - $175,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
