Reports to: State Program Manager with technical oversight from the Supply Chain Advisor
Job Purpose
- Coordinate state-level commodity availability, logistics data use, inventory controls and supply-chain improvement for integrated services.
Key Responsibilities

Support quantification, resupply, storage, distribution and redistribution processes.

Review LMIS and stock data; identify stock-out, overstock, expiry and reporting risks.

Conduct supportive supervision and coach facility/government logistics teams.

Maintain state commodity dashboards, action trackers and evidence files.

Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, government and technical teams.

Support inventory reconciliation, loss prevention and compliance with storage standards.

Report supply risks and verify corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in pharmacy, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field; professional registration where applicable.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant health supply-chain experience in government or donor-funded programs.
Core competencies:
- Strong analytical, communication, coaching, stakeholder-engagement and problem-solving skills; ability to use routine data for action and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
