Supply Chain Specialist

About the Role Join Danfoss in Nordborg as a Supply Chain Specialist. You will help ensure reliable delivery of hydraulic motor and steering solutions from the Nordborg factory to customers worldwide, strengthening end-to-end supply chain performance and impacting customer satisfaction, delivery precision, and cost efficiency. You’ll act as a central connector between operations, procurement, sales, and global supply chain teams, turning data into clear decisions and ensuring transparency across the supply chain. You’ll drive continuous improvements and support major transformations, including ERP and footprint changes, to future-proof the end-to-end supply chain. What You'll Do

• Own the local SIOP process, translating demand and supply insights into clear decisions that secure delivery reliability and inventory balance.
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance to identify actions that improve service level, inventory, and logistics cost.
• Lead and support supplier logistics and consignment stock setups, including implementation and improvement projects with external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen supply chain processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate and deliver accurate yearly inventory counts and KPI reporting, ensuring transparency toward finance and external auditors What We're Looking For
• Experience working with SIOP or demand and supply planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid practical supply chain experience from production planning, sales analysis, or similar roles.
• Great analytical skills and confidence working with ERP systems and data tools to support fact-based decisions.
• Ability to communicate effortlessly in English and work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and sales teams.
• An educational background in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
