About the Role The Transparency Analyst / Specialist supports Autoliv’s global Tier-N mapping initiative, enabling visibility and risk identification beyond Tier 2 suppliers. This role focuses on supplier data collection, validation and analysis to improve transparency across the extended supply chain. Under the direction of the Transparency Manager, the Analyst / Specialist ensures high-quality data that supports resilience, compliance and risk management objectives.
What You'll Do
- Support Autoliv’s global Tier-N mapping initiative to enable visibility and risk identification beyond Tier 2 suppliers.
- Collect, validate and analyze supplier data to improve transparency across the extended supply chain.
- Work under the direction of the Transparency Manager to ensure high-quality data supporting supply chain resilience, compliance and risk management objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to interpret and validate supplier risk alerts.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Understanding of supply chain risk drivers (financial, ESG, operational, compliance).
- Proficiency with data tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret technical and business documents.
- Strong problem-solving and structured communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, databases, and data validation techniques.
- Familiarity with supply chain structures and transparency concepts.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent).
- 1–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement support, data management, or analytics preferred.
