Join our dynamic team in Finspång, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational continuity within the Logistics & Production Planning department for Medium Gas Turbines. Imagine developing and optimizing production schedules that ensure on-time delivery while coordinating material availability to meet capacity and demand constraints. You will proactively monitor and resolve bottlenecks in the production flow, ensuring a seamless logistics experience. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering innovative energy solutions, making a tangible impact on our operations and the energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will develop and optimize production schedules for medium gas turbine manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate material availability and release production orders based on capacity and demand constraints.
• Monitor and resolve bottlenecks in the production flow through proactive planning and resource allocation.
• Manage inventory levels, safety stocks, and replenishment parameters to balance material availability and working capital.
• Collaborate with Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to align logistics strategies with business goals.

What You Bring

• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning, logistics, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in SAP ERP (PP/MM modules) and data analysis, particularly in Excel.
• A solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
