Job Description Lead and manage operational planning activities — including demand/supply planning, capacity & resource allocation, inventory/WIP management, and coordination with manufacturing, subcontractors (OSAT), procurement, sales/business units — to ensure timely delivery, optimal production flow, minimal bottlenecks, and efficient resource utilization
Key Responsibilities
- Role included managing & driving OSAT delivery performance & inventory / WIP status, working with OSAT subcontractors, managing die loading, assembly & test subcontractor performance, raw material management, WIP management, on-time delivery & cycle time, monthly forecast/commit allocations & negotiation, monitoring actual loading vs forecast
- Analyse capacity requirements and identifies areas for actions to reduce and/or increase capacity
