About the Role
The Procter & Gamble Blois plant is seeking a Supply Chain Process Engineer Intern to contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of equipment and processes in the logistics department, supporting production continuity and operational excellence. What You'll Do

Implement the 'One Key Forklift Badges' project: deploy badge-based access management for forklifts to improve fleet traceability, operator safety (HSE compliance) and optimize equipment allocation.

Optimize stock management and reduce inventories: apply PDCA to analyze, monitor and reduce inventory levels across three warehouses, visualize stock data, identify improvement areas and implement actions to cut costs and boost supply chain efficiency.

Manage continuous improvement projects (5S & Housekeeping): coordinate 5S and housekeeping initiatives across operational areas, improving safety, process quality and efficiency, and managing budgets and action follow-up. What We're Looking For

An engineering degree or university master’s degree with specialization in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, or Continuous Improvement.

Good knowledge of French and English; team spirit and collaboration mindset; ability to adapt to new technologies.

Interest in project management and ability to propose innovative continuous improvement solutions.
