Position: Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Leader. In this role, you will collaborate with the GSC China Central Planning Performance team to develop data analysis tools and digital applications to enhance their performance management and improve the overall performance of GSC China. You will also work closely with colleagues in GSC China Central Planning to develop effective digital tools for Demand Planning, SIOP, and SSCM, with the aim of improving their decision-making efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with Supply Chain Management teams in GSC China factories to investigate their business scenarios and develop digital applications that enhance the quality and efficiency of their planning work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the GSC China Central Planning Performance team to develop data analysis tools and digital applications to enhance their performance management.
• Work with colleagues in GSC China Central Planning to develop effective digital tools for Demand Planning, SIOP, and SSCM, improving decision-making efficiency.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management teams in GSC China factories to research their business scenarios and develop digital applications to improve planning team’s work quality and efficiency.
• Expand data sources to provide broader data perspectives to Supply Chain Planning personnel, enhancing their data analysis capabilities.
• Drive the establishment of a solid data foundation to lay the groundwork for further digital transformation.
• Develop needed capabilities towards the SMART Planning project in GSC China.
• Maintain the stability of the DSS data platform.
• Develop digital applications to support various Supply Chain Planning projects.
• Architecture solution design for new digital demand of Supply Chain Planning.
• Develop and deploy the subcontracting tools across China subcontractors

About Supply Chain Planning Decision Support System:

• Lead the development of the foundational architecture of the Supply Chain Planning DSS system.
• Participate in the design and analysis of application systems.
• Design and develop system modules based on business requirements, including data interfaces, business logic definitions, and data models.
• Take ownership of specific module development and programming tasks, and handle urgent problem-solving.
• Collaborate with business departments to identify and resolve known bugs.
• Develop system-related technical documentation and operating instructions.
• Communicate effectively with other members of the team, collaborate on development projects, and design high-performance, scalable, and requirement-compliant solutions.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proficient in databases such as SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
• Proficient in AI Agent, Skill, Harness frameworks and Machine Learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiar with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Strong development skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, VB, VUE, etc.
• Outstanding logical thinking and learning abilities.
• Able to hands on the architecture design, front-end & back-end development.
• Ability to think comprehensively and provide holistic solutions.
