We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our team at either our Blandain or Brussels site.

In this role, you will be responsible for inventory management, procurement planning, and production scheduling to ensure product availability while optimizing stock levels and operational performance. You will play a key role in coordinating activities across Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, Product Management, Transport, and Finance to support business growth and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Take ownership of the purchasing process from purchase order creation through to delivery.
• Ensure the accuracy, availability, and integrity of purchasing and item master data.
• Manage all purchasing-related documentation, from supplier orders and confirmations to invoice processing.
• Develop and maintain production plans in collaboration with Operations and Logistics teams.
• Balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory objectives.
• Review demand forecasts and adjust planning according to market developments.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, transport, and supplier partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as the key interface between Customer Service, Product Management, Transport, Operations, and Finance.
• Monitor supplier performance and participate in supplier quality evaluations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain organization.
• Manage obsolete inventory and support stock rotation strategies.

Your Profile :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.

• Experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Production Planning, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.

• Strong administrative and attention-to-detail capabilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

• Proactive, dynamic, and customer-oriented mindset.
