Supply Chain Planner

About the Role Supply Chain Planner to join Dr. Reddy’s at the Princeton office, ensuring inventory planning for Rx and SRx products meets market demands. You will collaborate with the Lead Supply Chain Planner to understand product demand and execute supply planning activities to ensure continuous product availability in the market. What You'll Do

• Manage inventory planning for all Rx and SRx products to meet market demands.
• Oversee movement of goods from production to delivery to the end customer.
• Track key performance indicators to monitor and report performance.
• Optimize inventory holdings to limit excess stock while ensuring timely customer orders.
• Collaborate with project management/marketing and procurement teams to facilitate timely launches of new products or SKUs.
• Coordinate with External Manufacturing and quality teams daily to facilitate batch releases.
• Perform monthly/quarterly/annual inventory reconciliations with UPS, ensuring proper communication, approval, and systematic adjustments for destruction and write-offs.
• Ensure all master data setups adhere to SOP and MRP requirements.
• Collaborate with customer service and quality teams on returns to determine product disposition. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical background.
• Preferred ERP Experience – SAP-S4 Hana, Kinaxis.
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, investigative, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills. Nice to Have
• Experience with SAP-S4 Hana and Kinaxis (ERP).
