Supply Chain Planner

About the Role

Coty is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to support end-to-end planning for a dedicated product portfolio, market, supplier base, manufacturing network, or business area. You will use data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration to anticipate risks and ensure service, inventory, and cost objectives are achieved. You will report to a Planning Manager as part of a centralized global planning hub. What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and monitor planning activities across demand, supply, materials, distribution, innovation, or lifecycle processes.

• Translate business requirements into robust, actionable plans; balance service, inventory, cost, and operational constraints to support business objectives.

• Monitor planning performance through KPIs and operational metrics; identify risks, gaps, and exceptions and drive mitigation actions.

• Support operational execution while maintaining a long-term planning perspective.

• Analyze business trends, forecasts, supply chain performance, and operational data; translate insights into recommendations and actions to improve planning outcomes.

• Conduct root cause analyses and support issue resolution; leverage digital tools and planning systems to improve visibility and decision-making; support continuous improvements through data-driven recommendations.

• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Markets, and other global stakeholders; participate in regular business reviews and planning meetings; communicate planning assumptions, risks, opportunities, and recommendations clearly and effectively; build strong relationships across functions and act as a trusted planning partner.

• Contribute to successful project execution, product launches, portfolio changes, and business initiatives.

• Support process standardization and operational excellence initiatives; identify improvement opportunities and contribute to best practice implementation; drive efficiencies through systems, automation, and digital capabilities; adapt to new tools and ways of working within a transforming planning environment. What We're Looking For

• Must-Haves: Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Operations, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience); strong planning and supply chain fundamentals; strong business acumen; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage ambiguity, and prioritize effectively; fluent English; experience with SAP; proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Power BI.

• Nice to Have: Data engineering skills or experience developing dashboards in Power BI is considered a strong advantage. Compensation & Benefits
