Supply Chain Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely execution and data accuracy in systems.

• Provide visibility on supply constraints, risks and estimated availability dates to stakeholders.

• Analyze inventory coverage (DOS, Days of Supply) and identify root causes of deviations, driving corrective actions.

• Manage SKU replenishment under ROP (Reorder Point) and MTO (Make to Order) schemes to ensure supply continuity.

• Oversee and mitigate backorders to minimize impact to customers.

• Address business inquiries and ensure clear and timely communication.

• Monitor product introduction and phase-out processes to ensure smooth transitions.

• Ensure supply availability for key projects.

• Maintain planning parameters and review inventory policies (e.g., DOH, Days on Hand).

• Ensure availability and traceability of equipment and components, including alignment with demand forecasts.

• Required Educational Background

• University degree in: Business Administration. Engineering (Industrial, Production, Logistics or related). Economics. Statistics or Mathematics.

Desirable:

• Postgraduate or MBA in Supply Chain, Planning or Analytics.

• Specialized training in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), Demand Planning or Forecasting.

• Differentiators (especially LATAM or global contexts)

• Experience in regional or multinational environments.

• Familiarity with complex supply chains.
