About the Role Du bist verantwortlich für die laufende Reparatur und Wartung unserer Kühlschränke, Getränkeautomaten und Schankanlagen bei Kund:innen. Du installierst und nimmst Kühlgeräte in Betrieb und bist die direkte Schnittstelle zu unseren Kund:innen in Bezug auf technische Fragen. Du gewährleistest Funktionssicherheit sowie die Einhaltung von Qualitätszielen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften, insbesondere in Bezug auf Produktqualität, und arbeitest eng mit Dispatchern und dem Team zusammen, um maximale Effizienz sicherzustellen. - Installation und Inbetriebnahme der Kühlgeräte beim Kunden
- Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen (Kundengespräche, Evaluierung technischer Probleme)
