Job Summary

We are seeking qualified and experienced professional (5-10 years' experience) for Supply Chain Officer.

Requirements

Source and procure foodstuffs (dry, fresh, frozen), kitchen consumables, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
Identify, evaluate and maintain approved vendor list.
Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate best prices, quality and payment terms.
Raise and follow up on Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
5-10 years of industrial catering experience
Previous experience in a similar industry
Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation
Catering certification is an added advantage
Good communication skills in English Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Knowledge of catering hygiene standards.
