About the role

To manage procurement and supply-chain operations, ensuring the timely, cost-effective and compliant sourcing, storage and distribution of goods and services that support hospital operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes from requisition to delivery, ensuring value and compliance.

• Source and evaluate suppliers and manage purchase orders and contracts.

• Manage inventory, storage and distribution to minimise stock-outs and wastage.

• Coordinate with pharmacy, laboratory and clinical departments on supply needs.

• Ensure facility procurement, sourcing and inventory workflows comply with procurement policies, standards and process guidance issued by the central / HQ supply-chain function.

• Maintain procurement records and support audit and compliance.

• Support cost control and supplier-performance management.

• Experience procuring medical and pharmaceutical supplies in a healthcare settingExperience with procurement and inventory systems

Experience

• Experience in procurement, supply chain or inventory management.
• Experience managing suppliers, purchasing and stock.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Logistics or a related discipline. Completion of NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable.
