About the Role This role owns end-to-end management of supply chain projects, including lifecycle planning, execution, and monitoring to meet business needs and internal metrics. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating project risks, leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and supply continuity, managing project resources and escalations, and preparing all necessary documentation and status updates for stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Analyze, plan and execute project lifecycle management with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements meet business needs and internal metrics.
- Identify gaps and risks in overall engineering qualification and provide mitigation plans to avoid delays in project implementation.
- Lead cross-functional (internal & external) meetings to ensure project completion on time without impacting supply continuity.
- Plan, execute and monitor new projects to ensure all obligations are met; coordinate projects, establish and manage interdependencies.
- Support supplier performance evaluation and improvement initiatives related to project responsiveness and supportability.
- Prepare project documentation and presentations for status updates and project steering committee meetings.
- Manage project resources, resolve issues and escalations, and manage change-management expectations during the project.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders of assigned systems/projects. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Engineering or Program Management.
- Travel requirements under 10%.

- Competencies in planning, supplier management, customer/stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership, excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and people skills to drive projects with various levels of management and suppliers.
- Good understanding of BOM structures and supply chain touch points.
- Proficiency in Google Suites.
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment and work independently. Compensation & Benefits
- Target base salary range: $65,900 - $85,000 USD per year.
