Job title: Supply Chain Materials Specialist
About the Role Supply Chain Materials Specialist provides on-site inventory management for hospitals, supporting coverage, clean up, and teammate training. You will work with systems like PANDAC, SurgiTrack, and QSight to implement programs and optimize performance, with opportunities to travel as needed.
What You'll Do
- Provide training to new and current teammates in PANDAC, SurgiTrack, and QSight
- Assist in implementations for PANDAC and QSight (including nights and weekends)
- Provide coverage for teammates on vacations, leaves of absence, and vacancies across services
- Provide customers with feedback on the health of their programs
- Visit at-risk accounts, assess programs, and develop and implement action plans
- Provide teammates feedback on performance and program health
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Services Regional Managers; provide detailed feedback on teammates and programs
- Be available for travel within seven days; travel up to 75%
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree preferred
- Minimum two years of work experience in healthcare surgical services and/or logistics materials management and/or project management
- Basic knowledge of wound closure products per PANDAC training manual
- Exposure to inventory management software
- Ability to document movement of supplies using technology
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Demonstrated organizational skills; ability to manage projects through to completion; ability to work independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills; good customer service; ability to work with others
Nice to Have
- Experience with PANDAC, SurgiTrack, QSight (preferred)
